I'm creating our phpBB forums for my job, and saw a few days ago the fantastic Screencast #48 video showing how to skin forums. Well, after getting all of the necessary info to access our proper back end via FTP, and following the video step-by-step, it is just not happening for me. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong, and am desperate for help.
