I have a navigation menu and a home button on the main menu of my site. But I can not center them together ... centralizo or the HOME button or menu centralizo ... But that would both stay centered.

Based on the actual link, I think the header needs to go inside the wrapper (or have a wrapper of it's own)
I'm also unsure of what "div id="mensagem" is doing.

Just remembering that some DIV and CLASS are generated by Wordpress automatically as:
"menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page menu-item-96"
The "div id="mensagem" will contain a message at the top of the site. Is that the site is not yet complete.
