It looks alright in Standards mode...it's falling into Quirks mode which is the problem

I can't recall how to force Standards mode in IE.

- The banner doesn't work right, it shows me all the images stacked
- It's not centered
- The navigation buttons show as a staircase instead of being all lined up

Help please : - | it looks good in other browsers
