IE9 PROBLEM

hi,
i am using this for wesite background, it is working well in chrome and mozila but not in IE9.
so plz tell me what should i do.

IE10 will support keyframe animations but IE9 currently doesn't, you would need to use a JavaScript fallback in order to achieve the same transitions in IE9.
