I would like to be able to customize the WordPress update notifications. I know the argument on client sites, some prefer to hide the update notifications, others to edit roles for clients... I would like to allow the notifications, but revise what it contains. Basically, to direct clients to information about backing up their sites prior, email me for assistance with udates with a link, etc.
I've been looking around on Google, but can't find anything, only scripts for hiding it.
