I think it's pretty easy, I tried looking for it via Firefox Incespect tool but had no luck.
The first thing I'm trying to do is create a banner type style like facebook has.

The next thing is I'm curious about there page wrap, the white line to be specific, would it be possible to give it it's own div so I can have left or right columns?
Just to be clear, I'm talking about the white line that is wrapping around the comment area -

Try using Chrome and 'inspect element'....seems pretty straight forward.
The div is called "blue bar"

I have a weird Apache CentOS issue with Chrome, so it's not working for me right now think I was palying with the IPs and messed it up some how.
