Hi guys, I came across this website that has got an interesting slideshow with animation on their frontpage.

I was wondering if anyone knows how this is done. Fading slideshow is quite easy but this particular one with animation baffles me. Not sure if this is purely CSS3 or with JavaScript. It looks really nice. Please share if you know how it's done. Thanks!
