The 3 ads on the right side of the page move up and down as you scroll. I know I can achieve something like this with fixed positioning BUT... I want to have the lag in motion that you see here. Notice how the ads are not always the exact same distance from the top of the screen as you begin scrolling?
Can someone point me in the right direction for this technique?
