and so , how many of us are actuially proficcent in XML, and with that, how often are we required to use it? and where do we use it!
You know, they maybe want the XML capabilities for an RSS feed. If the XML file already exists you'll be just fine! XML files are, by design, and by function, human readable.
from my experience, many recruiters tend to just list every possible web technology in job postings, whether they're actually relevant to the job or not.
don't let that list discourage you from applying. chances are only half of those "requirements" are legitimate.
