Set Cookie - Modal box WILL NOT open when cookie is set.

Delete Cookie - Modal box WILL open with no cookie.
Close

This modal box will open when the page is loaded, but only ONCE. After it shows, it sets a cookie which will prevent it from opening again for 10 days.
